What are the low budget honeymoon destinations in India?

The best answer
I can tell you about the places where I have been on different occasions, and we loved it very much, we liked it very much.
If the reason for the honeymoon. Let me share my honeymoon experience with you if it helps. As a resident of NKR, a crowded place, nature always attracts me and my husband. When we were looking for a honeymoon destination, it was very clear to us that this must be a place full of natural beauty, mountains, lakes, rivers, birds, animals, backwaters, waterfalls, peace, clear skies, etc. Our first hunt was for the destination and second, it was a honeymoon package. After extensive research on the internet, our hunt settled in Kerala, called the “own land of the gods” because of its natural beauty. In addition, it is named by the National Geographic Traveler as one of the ten heavens in the world. And when we were there, it actually exceeded all our expectations. After my visit to Kerala, I can say
While researching internet honeymoon destinations and packages. we were on Tripoto, there were many stories shared by people who helped us with real information, we prepared our itineraries and activities. We have checked many destinations among honeymoon packages as well as international honeymoon. Also, we found a very good deal for honeymooners only on Tripoto, we booked from there, it was all a smooth and perfectly good experience.
Based on my experience, I can suggest you visit Kerala. I have been to the places below and found it very well and enjoyed every bit of the tour.
Tea garden in Munnar
Munnar is a beautiful hill station called “Darjeeling Kerala”. The tea gardens at Munnar are a unique experience. See all the mountains covered with tea gardens and the ladies picking fresh tea leaves. You will feel the aroma of tea, the feeling of openness. It feels like time stands still. Munnar is home to beautiful sights.
Karmelagiri Elephant Par
A honeymoon, an event to connect with each other on a deeper level, a lot of love, romance in the lap of nature. Elephant ride in Karmelagiri Elephant Park, it was so exciting if you want me to share my life experience, it was like eating Golgappa between Gajar Ka Halva. It is about 18 km from the city of Munnar. I loved every stay there in the beautiful forest, we fed the elephant, and other activities available like rifle shooting.
Athirapalli waterfal
It is known as “Niagara Falls in India”. People said it was the location of Bahubali, and the sequence of scenes shown in Bahubali-1 is a compilation of Atirapalli Falls only. I enjoyed the waterfalls flowing around me, it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay there. I missed the tree house next to this waterfall, people said.
Mattupetti Dam, Munnar
We enjoyed the boat ride at Mattupetti Dam. This dam is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited, amazing and soothing ripples of water all over the place, a feast for the eyes, in the wooded hills surrounding the dam, there is a photo-scenic beauty all around.
Periyar reserve
Its OK. Periyar National Park, located 4 hours from Munnar, is a complex of natural beauty. There is a forest, a dam, a river, birds and animals. This is a vast region where all kinds of wild animals live – bison, sambars, wild boars, langurs, tigers and over a thousand elephants. We spent enough time here and enjoyed boating, bird watching and animal watching. I have a special place in my honeymoon memories.
Kumarakom or Alleppey
Its OK. 2 hours from Periyar National Park. My long-awaited desire to spend romantic moments on a houseboat ended here. We were both on a houseboat across the backwaters at Kumarakom, it was like heaven moving among the green of rice paddies, coconut groves and bushes interspersed with pretty lilies.
The icing on the cake was early morning canoe rides.
During the Onam festival, there was a lot of talk about boat racing, one could observe various types of boats such as Odi Wallam, Churulan Wallam, Chundan Wallam and Kochu Odi Wallam.
We enjoyed our honeymoon in Kerala, it was a great memory of our life that I dreamed of. Please check the best honeymoon deals on Tripoto.
Hooray !!

Importance of Overseas Travel Insurance When Going Abroad

Why getting overseas travel insurance is essential when going abroad?
When you go overseas, you run certain dangers, whether you are travelling all by yourself or with your family. These dangers may include losing your essential papers, baggage, or health emergency. If you want a hassle-free travel itinerary, it is crucial to address all potential risks before leaving. A decent travel insurance plan can reduce financial risks and provide you the much-needed assistance in a foreign country, in your hour of need.
You may escape the stress of everyday life and relax on vacations and getaways. However, planning is often required while travelling. The most important component is travel insurance which becomes all the more important if you are travelling abroad to a new unknown location.
Why is overseas travel insurance important when going abroad?
You are protected against several travel-related dangers by a travel insurance package. While travelling abroad, overseas travel insurance is essential as you don’t know what can occur while you are out of the country. Here are a few explanations as to why purchasing overseas travel insurance is a wise decision while going abroad:
- Covers unexpected medical costs: Even with careful planning, you may end up with a medical emergency while you are travelling overseas. Also, if you are travelling to a country like the USA, a medical emergency can very easily become a financial emergency. A wide coverage offering travel insurance will provide cashless coverage for unexpected medical expenses. In addition to negligible outpatient costs, a comprehensive travel insurance plan will also extend coverage to pre-existing conditions. Additionally, some will provide services like air ambulance, etc., and you even get your treatment in your own country after returning.
- A companion in a foreign country: A travel insurance policy that provides 24-hour customer service for claims made abroad may prove to be a buddy. It helps overcome geographical or linguistic limitations. In addition, with a travel insurance one can be rest assured that there is a committed team behind them in an emergency.
- Delay or loss of checked baggage: If your checked luggage is delayed or lost in transit, your travel insurance will provide coverage for you. Airlines sometimes offer vague answers, advise you to wait all day, or refuse to find your baggage. Travel insurance could be helpful in such a situation.
- Cancellation or modification of the trip: This can arise if you or a family member becomes sick or an emergency occurs, making you cancel your travel arrangements. Well, it costs money to revoke paid arrangements for travel. So, you won’t have to stress about the financial repercussions of changing or cancelling your vacation plans when you get insurance.
- Flight cancellations or delays: When travelling internationally, flight cancellations or delays are expected. The insurance company will reimburse you the money you spend if the plane is delayed. In addition, bad weather and other unforeseen events like medical problems and family deaths may cause flights to be cancelled. You could even miss your connecting flight. These expenses are protected by insurance and must be specified in the policy paperwork.
- Loss of passport: Losing a passport might result in unnecessary expenses and hassles while travelling overseas. However, international travel insurance often protects you against difficulties and pays for such expenses. This is possibly the worst thing that can happen to you when travelling overseas. The good news is that help is available if you have travel insurance. First, if you lose your passport, your insurer will pay to get a new one or a copy.
- Mandatory requirement: Many countries have this mandate that tourists visiting their country must have a travel insurance. Therefore, research whether or not travel insurance is required for visitors before embarking on an international journey. For instance, travel insurance is necessary to enter the Schengen countries.
Points to consider while buying overseas travel insurance
You should be aware of the fact that every travel insurance provider will have different coverage and conditions. Therefore, if you are planning to travel abroad, you should consider the following points before purchasing overseas travel insurance –
- Check the policy’s coverage and exclusions to see what is included. Your insurer will not pay for every loss you suffer while travelling.
- You should get consideration for the emergencies such as COVID-19, medical crises, lost luggage or papers, etc.
- Most insurance plans do not cover costly goods like jewellery, gadgets, or activities like adventure sports. However, if you have such plans for your holiday, find out if they are included or purchase an add-on coverage.
- Read your travel insurance policy document thoroughly and make sure you understand the inclusions and exclusions clearly.
- The claims procedure is crucial in every insurance policy. Make sure to choose a dependable supplier that provides simple and quick claim settlement. Today, a lot of suppliers also offer cashless travel claims settlement.
- You must disclose any existing medical conditions when the insurance coverage is purchased. Your coverage might not cover that medical condition.
Many travellers often wonder why they should get travel insurance since the majority of people see it as an unnecessary expense. However, one of the numerous items you should have before travelling overseas is travel insurance, much like vaccinations. In an unknown place where you are not well versed with the cultural background of the place, where language and thus communication can be a major barrier, your overseas travel insurance plan is your best friend. In addition, travel insurance safeguards you against several emergencies and is a legal requirement in some nations. For these reasons, getting travel insurance is an excellent idea before leaving for an overseas holiday.
